New Meeting Scheduled for June
Hello everyone. The intent this month was to have had an IAC15 meeting in conjunction with our play day on Saturday, the 6th of June. Since the weather didn’t cooperate in the morning that day, we didn’t have the meeting. So, I’d like to schedule a Chapter 15 meeting for June 29th, a week from tomorrow. We’ll get caught up with various projects concerning the contest and hopefully tie up some loose ends. There are some key jobs that still need to be filled. I hope everyone can make it. Just to reiterate, we’ll have a Chapter 15 meeting Monday evening, June 29th at 19:00hrs at the Signature Flight Support FBO, on the West side of the New Century Air Center.
Also, we will have a play day Saturday, July 4th at New Century Air Center. We’ll plan to have coffee, juice and bagels in the morning and brats and hot dogs with chips and potato salad at noon. The aerobatic box will be open from 09:00 to 16:00. IAC members from surrounding areas are invited to join us as well as friends and relatives. So, plan to join us for a picnic/fly-in/playday on the 4th of July.

Your meeting on 29 June will be a great time to talk about how much fun you all had at the MAC80 IAC West Championships the weekend before! Don’t forget – our contest in Seward is next weekend. Practice and registration Thursday/Friday 25 & 26 June and contest briefing is at 8:am Saturday 27 June through Sunday. Great weather predicted, low 80s and light winds. You won’t want to miss it!
