The Kansas City Aerobatic Club, IAC Chapter 15 is hosting their annual aerobatic contest on September 5-6 at the New Century AirCenter (KIXD), Olathe, KS.   We will be using the same box location again this year and will be staging the airplanes and judges from the west ramp, just south from the Army Reserve hanger.  Click here for an aerial view of the box and parking areas.

Practice and registration will take place on Thursday, September 4th starting at noon.

Pre-registration for pilots and volunteers is available online through August 31, 2008 and is highly encouraged.

Anyone who would like to just volunteer to help one or both days is also encouraged to use the pre-registration page to let us know what you would like to help with or what days you can help out.

Airframe and Engine logs, airworthiness certificate, registration certificate, operating limitations, current weight and balance data, parachute with pack card (<120 days), proof of insurance ($1 million liability minimum), pilot and medical certificates, IAC membership card, cash.  Photocopies of documents are permissible for IAC contest registration but may not meet all FAA requirements.

For Intermediate through Unlimited pilots: 7 copies of free style form A, 15 copies each of forms B and C, signed and dated by a current IAC judge (it is your responsibility to ensure your Free is legal for 2008 before arriving at the contest)

For Sportsman pilots flying a free program: 14 copies of free style form A, 30 copies each of forms B and C, signed and dated by a current IAC judge (it is your responsibility to ensure your Free is legal for 2008 before arriving at the contest)
