2011 Judges School
Given the number of schools being held around the Midwest this year, IAC Chapter 15 has elected not to hold a judges school for 2011.
However, Chapter 80 in Lincoln will be holding the Introduction to Aerobatics course on March 19th and 20th, and will be taught by John Morrissey.
Details are as follows:
Location
Duncan Aviation at the Lincoln Airport (KLNK), March 19 and 20.
Meet in the Lobby at 8:30am, course runs from 9am to 4pm both days.
Course Fee
Course fee is $60 whether you are taking the Intro course as a new judge or just need the second day refresher.
In an effort to attract new judges to the sport, if you have never taken an Intro course and you are a new IAC member, the course fee will be discounted to $40.
Class materials
You must download a copy of the Rule Book at http://members.iac.org/contests/rulebook.html
The Rule Book is free but you must print it yourself – Kinko’s is relatively inexpensive if you take them the downloaded disk and print b/w two sided or you may print it yourself.
You may want to purchase (not required for class) the Aresti catalog at http://www.arestisystem.com/english/store/books.htm
Cost is approximately $40.
