April Meeting Reminder

April 11th, 2011

April’s Chapter Meeting will be held on Monday the 18th at 7pm.

We’ll get an update from Brenda on contest related topics, and discuss some events for the summer.

Any suggestions for a fly-out in May or June?

We have Chapter Award Nominations for 2011, so if you have any nominations for a Major Achievement Award, Young Eagles Award, Web or Newsletter Editor, please bring them to the meeting.

    I was just up at Seward with Ed and Lynn Bowes for my acro card. They usually open their box every good weather weekend and they would be glad to have us come up. There is a crew car at the office available for use to get lunch etc. We could prabably even cook up a tour of Duncan with a little notice.

    Fellow IACer’s,

    Sorry for the late notice, however, Chapter 119 in Wichita is having a fly-in luncheon (burgers and brats)for our members and friends at 1K1 (Stearman Field). We’re extending the invitation to Chapter 15 members to come down and join us. A short meeting will start at 11:00 to talk about our contest in September. Following it we’ll light up the grill and open up for any flying activities. We’ll even have current judges available for smooth patch evals or critiquing. So come on down. Best part, lunch is FREE. If you need more info you can reach me at the contact information below. Hope some of you can make it.
