CAF Heart of America Wing Annual Fly-In

The Heart of America Wing of the Commemorative Air Force will be holding their 10th annual Warbird Open House on Saturday and Sunday, July 16th and 17.
This year they will be hosting FIFI, the CAF’s B-29 Superfortress, and the only flying B-29 in the World.
A new addition this year will be a Fly-In Breakfast, free to pilots on Saturday, July 16th at 7 a.m.
The CAF is looking for interesting airplanes to be put on static display, and would welcome a demonstration flight from someone in our Club.

More info about the event at our website. It will also be time for me to call in a few favors — anyone who wants to volunteer for a 2 hour shift or a 4 hour shift working at the event — we really need help.
ALSO, we are having a special event on Thursday evening after FIFI arrives. “FIFI, UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL” — information about that is also at our website. Donors of $100 or more are invited to a private party (I give good ones) where you will be able to meet the “FIFI” crew and tour the airplane. Would love to see some of you there!!
